KTS: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no. 51/TB-HĐQT/KTS dated 17th August 2021 of Kontum Sugar JSC on cancelling the record date for 2021 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 20th August 2021 for 2021 Annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 1120/TB-CNVSD dated 5th August 2021 by VSD's Branch
Reason: Due to the outbreak and complicated development of Covid-19 in Kon Tum, Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces. In order to prevent and control the epidemic and strictly comply with relevant regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to postpone 2021 AGM to September 2021.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
