Pursuant to the document no. 509/VTG-PC dated 13th April 2021 of Viettel Gobal Investment Joint Stock Company (VGI) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 30th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1018/TB-VSD dated 16th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: The Corporation has 9 foreign subsidiaries and/or affiliates. These companies have to prepare financial statements audited by international audit, so the consolidation of financial statements of the Corporation takes much time. This affects the process of drafting documents prepared for 2021 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
