HVX: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 461/XMHV-KH dated 26th April 2021 of HAIVAN CEMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 31st March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1963/TB-VSD dated 15th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: To ensure the time to review the structure, standards and conditions of members of the Board of Directors in accordance with prevailing laws.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 31st March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1963/TB-VSD dated 15th March 2021 by VSD.
