TXM: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 378/TXM-TCHC dated 22nd April 2021 of Gypsum and cement joint stock company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 22nd March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 675/TB-VSD dated 5th March 2021 by VSD
Reason: Recently, many new legal documents applicable to joint stock companies have been issued. Therefore, the Company has to study to revise the Charter of organization and operation as well as the internal regulations on corporate governance to be in line with the newly issued regulations. .
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
