1. Payment of 2025 cash dividend

Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's Head Office at 72 Nguyen Hue Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City or the Company's Hanoi Branch at 1C Ngo Quyen Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi (on weekdays) starting from September 14, 2026. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Payment rate: 5:1(Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 5 shares they own);
- planned number of shares to be issued: 500,219,550 shares
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): After multiplying by the exercise ratio, the number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number; any decimal fraction will be discarded.
For example: Shareholder A owns 506 shares. With an exercise ratio of 5:1, the number of shares Shareholder A will receive is: (506 x 1) / 5 = 101.2 shares. According to the rounding principle above, the number of new shares Shareholder A will receive is 101 shares. The fractional share (0.2 shares) will be discarded.
All fractional shares arising from the issuance of shares to increase share capital from equity capital will be cancelled.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
