1. Payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 29/09/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend:
*Via bank transfer: for shareholders who register for bank transfer (the company will not be responsible for the losses arising from transfer due to incorrect information provided by shareholders)
*By cash: at the Company's office for shareholders who do not register for bank transfer on working days from 29/09/2026. Passbooks and a copy of ID cards have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2025 stock dividend
- Payment rate: 100:5 (Shareholders are entitled to 5 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: the number of share received will be rounded down to the whole number, the  fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 215 shares are entitled to receive 10.75 shares (215x5%=10.75). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 10 shares, the 0.75 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will present ID card to receive shares at the Company's office, 72 Pham Van Dong, Vy Da ward, Hue city on working days. Passbooks and ID cards have to be presented.
