Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:15 (Shareholders are entitled to 15 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: the number of share received will be rounded down to the whole number, the  fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 215 shares are entitled to receive 32.25 shares (215x15%=32.25). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 32 shares, the 0.25 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will present ID card to receive shares at the Company's office, 72 Pham Van Dong, Vy Da ward, Thuan Hoa District, Hue city on working days. Passbooks and a copy of ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
