SSI: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share).
- Payment time: 15/10/2025
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Company's head office, 72 Nguyen Hue, Sai Gon ward, Ho Chi Minh City (former address: 72 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh City) or Hanoi Branch, 1C Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi (former address: Hanoi Branch, 1C Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) on working days from 15/10/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
