HQM12301: Belated transfer of bond interest

Further to Notice No. 1104/TB-CNVSDC dated 27/5/2026 regarding the record date and confirmation of the list of securities holders for the payment of the 5th interest installment of bond HQM12301, as of 25/6/2026, VSDC's branch has not yet received the interest payment amount or any written explanation for the delayed transfer of funds from Hoang Quan Mekong Real Estate Consulting – Trading – Service Joint Stock Company (the Issuer).
Accordingly, VSDC's branch will notify members of the payment date for cash interest of bond HQM12301 after receiving an official notice from Hoang Quan Mekong Real Estate Consulting – Trading – Service Joint Stock Company.
This notice is for the Stock Exchange and members' information.
