FUCTVGF3: Amendment to Announcement No. 2772/TB-VSDC dated 29/06/2026

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to amend the content of the announcement No. 2772/TB-VSDC dated 29/06/2026 by VSDC regarding the record date for corporate action processing of securities holders of Thien Viet 3 Growth Investment Fund Certificates (securities code: FUCTVGF3) as follows:

Coordination process and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
 		 VSDC will prepare and send a list of securities holders allocated rights in paper form to the relevant Depository members (DMs). DMs are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send written Confirmation on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (VSDC shall send the relevant DMs the Confirmation Form together with the List of securities holders entitled to allocated rights). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 13/07/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
 
Other contents of VSDC's Annoucement No. 2772/TB-VSDC dated 29/06/2026 remain unchanged.
