- Afternoon: International Standards and Practices in Corporate Governance
Day 2:
- Morning:
Current Legal Regulations on Corporate Governance in Vietnam (updating the latest legal regulations in Decree No. 245/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP; Vietnamese Corporate Governance Principles for Public Companies (2026).
- Afternoon:
+ Seminar: Exchange and discussion on Corporate Governance in Vietnam and some emerging issues
+ Final Exam.
3. Lecturers: Leaders at the Department level from the specialized departments of the State Securities Commission: Department of Public Company Supervision, Department of Securities Market Development, Department of Securities Offering Management; Leaders of the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
4. Target Audience: Members of the Board of Directors; Members of the Management Board; Members of the Supervisory Board/Inspection Committee; Company Secretaries; Corporate Governance Officers; Information Disclosure Officers; and other interested individuals.
5. Tuition Fee:
