- Meeting agenda: approval of matters related to the annual general meeting and other matters within the authority of the general meeting. The specific agenda will be announced by the securities registering institution in accordance with current regulations.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
