- Meeting venue: At the headquarters of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company, 170E Phan Dang Luu Street, Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Meeting agenda: Approval of the issuance of shares to increase share capital from equity capital and other matters within the authority of the General Meeting (if any)
2. 1st advance Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (VND 1,000 per share).
- Payment time: 28/01/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at PHU NHUAN JEWELRY JOINT STOCK COMPANY on working days (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from 28/01/2026. ID cards/valid identity papers have to be presented.
