Viet nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. 2025 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: April 2025, the specific time will be announced by the securities registering insitution.
- Meeting venue: expected in Vietnam, the specific location will be announced later by the securities registering insitution.
- Tentative Meeting agenda: Approval of issues within the Annual General Meeting and other issues within the authority of the General Meeting. The specific meeting content will be announced by the securities registering insitution.
2. 1st Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 6%/share (VND 600 per share).
- Payment time: 10/03/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at PHU NHUAN JEWELRY JOINT STOCK COMPANY on working days (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from 10/03/2025. ID cards/valid identity papers have to be presented. 
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 13/02/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
