Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. 2026 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time:  late 03/2026 tentatively
- Meeting venue: Meeting room of Educational Book Joint Stock Company in Hanoi – Building D, 2nd floor, Vinaconex1 Office Complex, 289A Khuat Duy Tien Street, Dai Mo Ward, Hanoi City.
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2025 activities, 2026 plan;
+ Report by the Management Board on 2025 performance results, 2026 production & business plan;
+ 2025 activity report by the Supervisory Board and proposal for selecting an audit company for 2026 semi-annual financial statements and 2025 financial statements;
+ Approval of issues within the authority of the general meeting
2. Advance payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 8%/share (800 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 28/04/2026
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting-Finance department of Educational Book Joint Stock Company in Ha Noi on working days from 28/04/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
 Educational Book Joint Stock Company in Ha Noi City  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
