Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 6.87% (Shareholders are entitled to receive 687 new shares for every 10,000 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The plan to handle fractional shares, odd shares and undistributed shares when increasing charter capital through issuing common shares to pay dividend to existing shareholders (if any) is implemented as follows:
+ The number of new shares intended to be issued if not fully distributed (if any) will be distributed to the Trade Union of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
+ The number of shares issued according to the right distribution ratio to each shareholder is calculated to an integer, the decimal part will not be rounded to 1 share. The fractional shares, the number of fractional shares arising (if any) in this case will be distributed to the Trade Union of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 12,894 shares on the record date. According to the exercise ratio, the number of shares that shareholder Nguyen Van A receives is calculated as 12,894 x 6.87% = 885.8178 shares. After rounding down to the unit, the number of shares that shareholder Nguyen Van A receives is 885 shares. The fractional number of shares due to rounding down to the unit (0.8178 shares) will be distributed to the Trade Union of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive dividends in shares at the Office of Board of Directors of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank - 6th Floor, Opera Business Center Building, No. 60 Ly Thai To, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City on working days. ID cards/Passport have to be presented. 
 Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
