Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 7.5% (Shareholder owning 1,000 shares is entitled to receive 75 shares)
- Principle of rounding, Handling of Fractional Shares: The principle of handling fractional shares and undistributed shares when increasing charter capital through the issuance of common shares to pay dividends to existing shareholders (if any) is as follows:
+ Any undistributed shares intended for new issuance (if any) will be distributed to the Trade Union of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
+ The number of shares issued according to the distribution ratio for each shareholder is calculated as an integer; the decimal part will not be rounded to 1 share. Any fractional shares or undistributed shares arising in this case will be distributed to the Trade Union of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
- Example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 12,300 shares on the record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends. According to the rights exercise ratio, the number of shares shareholder Nguyen Van A receives is calculated as 12,300 x 7.50% = 922.5 shares. After rounding down to the whole number, the number of shares shareholder Nguyen Van A receives is 922 shares. The fractional shares resulting from rounding down to the whole number (0.5 shares) will be distributed to the Trade Union of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at the Board of Directors' Office of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank - 6th Floor, Opera Business Center Building, 60 Ly Thai To Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi City, on weekdays. ID cards/Passport have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
