- Meeting agenda: 
+ Approval of reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Management Board and independent BOD member of the Auditing Committee,
+ Approval of 2025 audited financial statements and 2025 profit usage plan;
+ Approval of the authorization for the BOD to assess and select 2026 auditing company and report on financial safety ratio ;
+ Approve of 2026 remuneration of the Board of Directors;
• Approval of the amended Charter of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company;
• Approval of the amended Governance Regulations of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company;
• Approval of the amended Operating Regulations of the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company;
• Approval of the dismissal of the Board of Directors member holding the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company for the  2023 – 2028  term (Mr. Nguyen Van Dung);
• Approval of the election of additional members to the Board of Directors of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company for the 2023 – 2028 term;
• Approval of the plan to issue shares to increase charter capital from equity capital to existing shareholders in 2026;
+ Other issues within the authority of the General meeting
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
FPT Securities Joint Stock Company  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
