+ Proposal by the BOD on 2025 profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment, remuneration and dividend payment and 2026 plan
+ Proposal by the BOD on selecting an independent auditing company to review and audit 2026 financial statements
+ The BOD's proposal on changing the Company's name;
+ The 18th amendment and supplement to the Company's Charter due to changes in the organizational structure of the management system and adjustments to some wording and content to finalize the charter in accordance with legal regulations and the actual operating conditions of the Company;
+ Other issues in accordance with the Charter within the authority of the general meeting (if any)
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
