+ Report on 2024 corporate governance
+ 2024 annual report
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 activities, 2025 directions and business plan
+ Report by independent BOD in the Auditing Committee
+ Proposal by the BOD on 2024 profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment, remuneration and dividend payment and 2025 plan
+ Proposal by the BOD on selecting an independent auditing company to review and audit 2025 financial statements
+ The BOD's proposal on changing the Company's name;
+ The 16th amendment and supplement to the Company's Charter;
+ The 5th amendment and supplement to the Company's internal regulations on corporate governance;
+ Other issues in accordance with the Charter within the authority of the general meeting (if any)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20/03/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
