Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution ratio: 1:1 (shareholders owning 1 share will receive 1 new share).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): Due to the 1:1 exercise ratio, no fractional shares (decimal part) will be available.

Example: Shareholder A owns 123 shares on the record date. With an exercise ratio of 1:1, shareholder A will receive: (123/1*1 = 123) new shares. According to the calculation principle above, shareholder A will receive an addition of 123 new shares.
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares for increasing equity capital from owners' equity atHead office of 3-2 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
