VJC12402: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond deregistration for the bond registering institution as follows:
From 20/01/2026, bond code VJC12402, ISIN VN0VJC124029 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for VJC12402 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited VJC12402 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited VJC12402 bonds from investors' accounts on 20/01/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
