TCB12415: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond deregistration of the bond registering institution as follows:
From 04/3/2026, bond code TCB12415, ISIN VN0TCB124153 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for TCB12415 bonds.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
