The cancellation of securities registration at VSDC shall not affect the lawful rights and interests of securities holders. Kien Tuong Water Supply Sewerage And Environment Joint Company shall be responsible for managing information on the securities and their holders after the securities have been deregistered at VSDC, continuing to ensure the exercise of the lawful rights and interests of securities holders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws, and re-issuing the Share Ownership Certificates/passbooks to holders of deposited securities based on the List of Securities Holders provided by VSDC to Kien Tuong Water Supply Sewerage And Environment Joint Company after the effective date of deregistration.
2. Kien Tuong Water Supply Sewerage And Environment Joint Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of securities deregistration are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
3. Depository Members (DMs) will coordinate in implementing the above-mentioned securities deregistration, specifically:
3.1. From 05/03/2026, VSDC will cease providing depository, withdrawal, and securities ownership transfer services for the above-mentioned securities. DMs are requested to notify investors of this information.
3.2. From 06/03/2026, the securities code and ISIN assigned by VSDC for the above-mentioned securities will cease to be valid, and VSDC will no longer provide registration, depository, or clearing and settlement services for these shares. On the effective date of securities deregistration, VSDC will send an MT596 business message along with a data file notifying the accounting of securities to the relevant DMs. DMs are requested to process the withdrawal accounting of deposited securities in the investors’ accounts on the effective date of deregistration and to notify the relevant investors to contact Kien Tuong Water Supply Sewerage And Environment Joint Company to complete procedures for the issuance of the passbooks/Share Ownership Certificates.
