+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Kien Tuong Water Supply Sewerage And Environment Joint Company (No. 119 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Kien Tuong Ward, Tay Ninh Province) starting from September 3, 2025, specifically:
a. Receive directly at the Company's Finance Department:
+ Valid ID cards and the original Certificate of Share Ownership have to be presented.
+ ID cards of the authorized person and valid Power of Attorney, notarized copy of Certificate of Share Ownership have to be presented in case of authorization.
b. Receive dividend via bank transfer:
+ For individual shareholders: Application for receiving dividend via bank transfer with notarized copy of the shareholder's ID card, copy of Certificate of Share Ownership.
+ For institutions: Application for receiving dividend by bank transfer with notarized copy of Business Registration Certificate.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
