+ The redeem price of each bond is calculated by the formula equal to 100% of the bond's face value + interest earned (from 30/9/2025 inclusive to 23/10/2025 exclusive)/bond; 
+ In which the bond's face value is VND 100,000,000/bond and the interest is VND 693,150,685/bond. 
+ Bond interest is calculated by the formula:
Bond interest = Bond face value x Bond interest rate x Actual number of days to calculate bond interest in that interest payment period/365 (days) = VND 100,000,000 x 11% x 23 (days)/365 (days), rounded to 3 decimal places after the decimal point.
- The redemption price of each bond will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part will be removed)
- Registering time to sell bonds back to the issuer: from 08/10/2025 to 10/10/2025.

- All bonds registered for resale by bondholders will be cancelled after the Issuer completes the early bond redemption.
- Upon expiration of the registration period for selling bonds back, bondholders only register to sell a part of the bonds under ownership or do not register to sell bonds back, the Issuer will only redeem the exact number of bonds registered to be sold back by bondholders, the number of bonds not registered to be sold back will can not be subject to this redemption. The number of bonds that the Issuer redeem will be determined according to the number of bonds that the bondholder actually registered to sell.
For example: Bondholder A owns 20 bonds, then Bondholder A has the right to sell 20 bonds, but Bondholder A only registers to sell back 10 bonds, then:
+ The Issuer will redeem 10 bonds and cancel these 10 bonds;
+ After selling back 10 bonds, the bondholder still owns 20 - 10 = 10 bonds;
+ The proceeds paid by the Issuer to the owner of Bond A is: 10 bonds x 100,693,150.685 VND = 1,006,931,507 VND.
- Payment place:
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository members (DMs) where they opened the depository accounts.
+ Bondholders whose securities have not been deposited: The bondholder will complete the procedures to resell the bonds at the Bond Principal and Interest Payment Management Agency - HD Securities Corporation from 08/10/2025 to 10/10/2025. The proceeds for early redemption of corporate bonds will be paid into the account that the securities holders registered with HD Securities Corporation on 23/10/2025.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 08/10/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
