OCB12402: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond deregistration of the bond registering institution as follows:
From 31/12/2025, bond code OCB12402, ISIN VN0OCB124026 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for OCB12402 bonds.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
