From 07/8/2026, bond code VDS12503, ISIN VN0VDS125032 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for VDS12503 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited  VDS12503 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited VDS12503 bonds from investors' accounts on 07/8/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
