Bond interest rate = Reference interest rate + 1.2%/year In which: "Reference interest rate" is the interest rate calculated as a percentage per year (%/year), used to determine bond interest rates each interest calculation period or each interest payment period. The reference interest rate is the average of personal savings deposit rates in Vietnam dong, postpaid, with a term of 12 months (or the interest rate of an equivalent term) announced at the date of determining the interest rate on the official websites of reference banks (including 4 banks: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development). For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to 2 decimal places. "Date Determination of Interest Rate" which is the bond issue date for the first interest calculation period and the seventh working day before the starting date of interest calculation for the following interest periods.

2. When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
3. Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of securities deregistration are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents in accordance with the prevailing laws.
4. From 13/8/2026, bond code CTG123018, ISIN VNCTG1230181 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for CTG123018 bonds. VSDC will send to DMs MT596 business message together with a data file containing the list of deposited securities holders on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited CTG123018 bonds from investors' accounts on the effective date of deregistration.
