The cancellation of securities registration at VSDC shall not affect the lawful rights and interests of securities holders. Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank shall be responsible for managing information on the securities and their holders after the securities have been deregistered at VSDC, continuing to ensure the exercise of lawful rights and interests of securities holders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
2. Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of securities deregistration are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
3. From 07/8/2026, security code HDB124018,ISIN VNHDB1240184 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for above bonds. On the effective date of deregistration, VSDC will send to DMs MT596 business message together with a data file containing the list of deposited securities holders. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited above securities from investors' accounts on 07/8/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
