Reason: swapping the business day with a holiday based on Government Office Document No. 12729/VPCP-KGVX dated 25/12/2025 by the Government Office regarding 2026 New Year's  holiday; and the Notice No. 4690/TB-VSDC dated 25/12/2025 regarding the adjustment of the 2026 transaction settlement holiday schedule and 2026 New Year's holiday.
