VIF12402: Adjusting information on corporate actions
Related to the 5th payment of bond interest of Vinfast Trading and Production Joint Stock Company (bond code: VIF12402), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce adjustment the record date in the Notice no.4452/TB-VSDC dated 12/12/2025 by VSDC at the request of the Issuer in the document no.KT-VF/26122025 dated 26/12/2025 as follows:
1. Information announced in the notice no.4452/TB-VSDC dated 12/12/2025 by VSDC:
+ The record date: 02/01/2026.
+ Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10:30 AM, 06/1/2026.
2. Adjustment information:
+ The record date: 05/01/2026.
+ Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10:30 AM, 06/1/2026.
Reason: swapping the business day with a holiday based on Government Office Document No. 12729/VPCP-KGVX dated 25/12/2025 by the Government Office regarding 2026 New Year's holiday; and the Notice No. 4690/TB-VSDC dated 25/12/2025 regarding the adjustment of the 2026 transaction settlement holiday schedule and 2026 New Year's holiday.
Other contents in VSDC Notice No. 4452/TB-VSDC dated 12/12/2025 remain unchanged.
