Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share)
- Payment time: 30/12/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Water Supply & Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company, 10 Pho Quang road, Tan Son Hoa ward, Hochiminh city on working days from 30/12/2025. ID cards,  passbooks, valid power of attorney in case of authorization have to be presented. In case of bank transfer, the Request with full name  and bank account of the benefeciary should be sent to the Company.
