Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
-  Meeting time: 27th April 2023
- Meeting venue: Waseco building, no.10 Pho Quang, ward 2, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city
- Meeting agenda: Report on production and business results in 2022, 5 years (2018-2023; Production & business plan in 2023 and 5 years (2023-2028); report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on activities and by the BOD to the Management Board in 2022 and the 3rd term (2018-2023); 2022 audited financial statements; 2022 activity report by the Supervisory Board (SB); report on 2022 operating expenses of the BOD and the SB, and 2023 expense estimate; 2022 profit distribution and dividend payment; selection of auditing companies for 2023 financial statements; authorization to the BOD to implement some issues within the authority of the General Meeting; election of BOD, SB members for the 4th term (2023-2028); other issues within the authority of the General Meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 5th April 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
