+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at the Finance and Accounting Department of VICEM Cement Trading Joint Stock Company on working days starting from 10/10/2025. ID cards/share ownership certificate; PoA certified by the competent authority (in case the shareholder authorizes another person to receive) have to be presented.
