TMX: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 407 TB-TMXM dated 17th May 2021 of VICEM Cement Trading Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 25th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 620/TB-VSD dated 4th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Vicem Cement Trading Joint Stock Company announced to postpone organization of Annual General Meeting to June 2021 according to the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 324/NQ-HĐQT dated 19th April 2021.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 25th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 620/TB-VSD dated 4th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Vicem Cement Trading Joint Stock Company announced to postpone organization of Annual General Meeting to June 2021 according to the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 324/NQ-HĐQT dated 19th April 2021.
