Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:159  (Shareholders are entitled to 159 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
+ Share issuance for stock dividend (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2024): 75.1% 
+ Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity: 83.9%
- Principle of rounding: the number of share allocated to shareholders in accordance with execution rate will be rounded down to the whole number.
- Principle of handling fractional shares: the fractional shares arising due to the rounding principle (if any) will be removed.
- For example 1: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 110  shares are entitled to receive 110 x 159% = 174.9 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 174 shares, the 0.9 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at SJ GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY, Land lot TT2, Nam An Khanh new urban area, An Khanh commune, Hanoi, Tel: (024) 3768 4502 (From Monday to Friday, daily from 9h-11h30 and from 14h-16h30). ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
