Pursuant to the notice no.59/TB-CT-TCKT dated 5th April 2022 of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the record date for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company cancelled the record date of 14th April 2022 for 2022 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.1118/TB-VSD dated 25th March 2022 by VSD
Reason: Because Song Da Corporation - JSC (a major shareholder, holding 36.65% of outstanding shares in Sudico) is divesting capital at Sudico. The divestment schedule of Song Da Corporation - JSC will change the shareholder structure of Sudico compared to the record date of finalizing the list of shareholders for 2022 Annual General Meeting (14th April 2022).
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
