In order to launch the new IT system of Vietnam securities market from 5^th May 2025, VSDC has issued new business guidelines on securities registration and ownership transfer; corporate action processing for securities holders (posted on VSDC's website https://vsd.vn Legal documents/Guidelines of VSDC). VSDC kindly requests securities registering institutions to update the changes in these business guidelines, and the following contents should be noticeable:
- Sending and receiving of all dossiers and documents related to right exercise for securities holders between VSDC and securities registering institutions are carried out via the terminal-based gateway.

- Securities holders of securities registering institutions are provided with SID by the IT system and securities holders are managed by SID. VSDC will provide SID to securities registering institutions immediately after the system is officially put into operation via the terminal-based gateway between VSDC and securities registering institutions.
-  For related business dossiers arising after the new IT system is launched, securities registering institutions are responsible for providing SID for securities holders so that VSDC can have a basis for subsequent implementation of necessary actions, details are stated in the forms issued with the above guidelines.

Securities registering institutions shall closely and actively coordinate with VSDC to deploy business operations on the new system so that they can be operated in a safe, smooth and effective manner.
