In order to comply with the new regulations in Decree No. 245/2025/ND-CP dated 11/9/2025, and to improve regulations on documentation and procedures for operational activities, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) has drafted a new Guideline to replace the Guideline on Securities Registration and Ownership Transfer at VSDC issued with Decision No. 37/QD-HDTV dated 29/04/2025. The draft is posted on the VSDC website (www.vsd.vn – VSDC News) (attachment).
