In implementing the 2025 Work Plan of the Party Committee of VSDC, and to pay tribute to the national heroes and martyrs who sacrificed for the Fatherland—thereby fostering and educating revolutionary traditions, patriotism, and national pride among Party members and youth union members—the VSDC Party Committee organized a  root-reminding trip for its members from November 21 to November 23, 2025. The delegation was led by Mr. Nguyen Son, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors. During the program, the delegation offered incense in commemoration of the Heroes and Martyrs at Vi Xuyen National Martyrs’ Cemetery, the Temple of Heroes and Martyrs at High Point 468 (Vi Xuyen), and visited several revolutionary historical sites in Tuyên Quang Province.

Vi Xuyen National Martyrs’ Cemetery, located at the foot of Nậm Pạ Mountain in Vi Xuyen District, Tuyen Quang Province, is the resting place of nearly 2,000 martyrs and a collective grave of soldiers who laid down their lives in the struggle to safeguard the northern border of the Fatherland (1979–1989). VSDC officials and Party members traveled a long distance to offer incense at the cemetery and at the Temple of Heroes and Martyrs on High Point 468, expressing their deep respect and gratitude to the heroes and martyrs.
