Announcement of 2026 Settlement-off Schedule

- Pursuant to the Labor Code No. 45/2019/QH14 dated 20/11/2019
- Pursuant to the Official dispatch No. 9859/VPCP-KGVX dated 13/10/2025 of the Government Office on Lunar New Year and National Day holidays in 2026;
- Pursuant to Notice No. 9441/TB-BNV dated 16/10/2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on Lunar New Year and National Day holidays in 2026 for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers;
- According to Document no.3660/UBCK-PTTT dated 10/6/2024 by the State Securities Commision on off-trading and off-settlement schedule;
Vietnam Securities Depository and clearing Corporation (VSDC ) would like to announce the off-settlement schedule in 2026 as follows:
For the compensation workday on Saturday, 22/8/2026, VSDC will not implement clearing and settlement of securities transactions; make payment of fund certificate interest and warrant payment; make payment of cash dividends; but will still make payment for interest/principal of debt instruments. (except in cases where the Issuer has an official request for not making interest/principal payment on the make-up working day).
VSDC is pleased to announce to depository members, clearing members and direct account holders for notifying investors accordingly.

Vietnam Securities Depository and clearing Corporation (VSDC ) would like to announce the off-settlement schedule in 2026 as follows:

| Lunar New Year Holiday | From Monday, 16/02/2026 ( 29/12/2025 Lunar calendar) to Friday, 20/02/2026 (the 4th day of Lunar calendar) as stipulated by Labour Code |
| Hung Kings' Commemoration Day (10th March - Lunar calendar); | Monday. 27/4/2026 (Compensatory leave according to Labor Law) |
| Liberation Day (30th April) and International Labour Day (1st May) | From Thursday, 30th April 2026 to Friday 1st May 2026 |
| National Day of 2nd September | Monday, 31/8/2026 to Wednesday, 02/9/2026 (1 preceding day) |
