In order to prepare for the launching of the Information Technology System of the package "Design, solution, supply, installation and transfer of information technology system - Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange", Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) has drafted amendments and supplements to the operating guidelines including:
- Guidelines on exercising rights for securities owners at VSDC;
- Guidelines on registration and transfer of securities ownership at VSDC.

Written comments are kindly requested to be sent to: Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, No. 112 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi and email: dangkytsc@vsd.vn by April 18, 2025. After this deadline, if VSDC does not receive any comments, it is understood that you have agreed with the draft Guidelines.
