Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation issued the Guideline on securities registration and ownership transfer at Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation
On 29/04/2025, the Board of Directors of VSDC issued the following decisions:
1. Decision no.37/QĐ-HĐTV on issuing the Guideline on securities registration and ownership transfer at Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
2. Decision no.38/QĐ-HĐTV on issuing the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
These decisions take effect from the date that the KRX Information Technology System "Designing, procuring and installing with technology transfer - A complete solution for IT system of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange" is officially operated.
