Seeking opinions on the draft Guideline amending and supplementing 3 Guidelines: Guideline on securities depository activities at VSDC, Guideline on securities borrowing and lending activities at VSDC and Guideline on depository members at VSDC

In order to prepare for the launching of the Information Technology System of the package "Design, solution, supply, installation and transfer of information technology system - Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange", Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) has drafted amendments and supplements to 03 Guidelines applicable when the KRX system comes into operation, including:
Guidelines on securities depository activities at VSDC;
Guidelines on securities borrowing and lending activities at VSDC;
Guidelines on depository members at VSDC.
Written comments are kindly requested to be sent to: Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, No. 112 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi and email: phonglkck@vsd.vn by April 18, 2025. After this deadline, if VSDC does not receive any comments, it is understood that you have agreed with the draft Guidelines. (draft guidelines)
