Pursuant to the document no. 065/PDV-TCKTKH dated 25/03/2025 of  Phuong Dong Viet Shipping and Logistics Corporation on cancelling the List of Shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting on the record date of 05/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no. 249/TB-CNVSDC dated 19/02/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: in order to have more time to prepare detailed contents for the Annual General Meeting and save costs and time to organize the General Meeting to be line with the actual situation., the securities registering institution will extend the time of the 2025 Annual General Meeting, scheduled in May or June 2025 and finalize the list of shareholders exercising the right to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting as soon as possible.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
