Pursuant to the document no. 07/2025/NCĐ dated 07/03/2025 of the Group of Shareholders of HAI AGROCHEM Joint Stock Company, represented by Mr. Dang Tuan Anh, regarding cancellation of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened by the group of shareholders, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for the extraordinary general meeting convened by the group of shareholders, record date: 26/02/2025 in accordance with Notice no. 178/TB-CNVSDC dated 13/02/2025 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: Due to the large number of shareholders, the Group of Shareholders cannot send the letter on time according to the prevailing laws. The Group of Shareholders requests to cancel the list of shareholders and will finalize the list of shareholders on another suitable day.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
