On 27/02/2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (CNVSDC) issued Notice No. 397/TB-CNVSDC dated 27/02/2025 on the 2025 Annual General Meeting and the Second Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: VDP). VSDC Branch announced the adjusted information regarding the content of the exercise of rights of the above notice as follows:
