Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a. Payment of 2023 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 15%/share (1,500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 22/05/2024
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (on working days) from 22/05/2024. ID cards, passbooks, power of attorney in case of authorization have to be presented.
b. Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 8am on 13/04/2024
- Planned meeting venue: Office of Central Pharmaceutical JSC VIDIPHA, address: No. 184/2 Le Van Sy, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City or Cultural Center of Phu Nhuan District, No. 70-72 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, HCM city.
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) on 2023 activities and 2024 directions
+ Approval of report by the Management Board on 2023 activities, 2023 audited financial statements and 2024 activity direction;
+ Approval of proposal for 2023 profit distribution and earnings reserved for fund establishment;
+ Approval of proposal for the General Meeting to authorize the BOD to select an audit company for 2024 fiscal year;
+ Other issues.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 13/03/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
