- Securities deregistration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after all the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with the prevailing laws.
