Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 10,000,000 bonds
- Execution rate:100%
- Redemption price of each bond: 105,846 VND/bond
+ The principal is 100,000 VND/bond and the interest is 5,846 VND/bond.
+ The Redemption price of each bond is calculated according to the formula: 100% of the bond's face value + interest earned from 25/01/2024 inclusive to 25/01/2025 exclusive/bond.
- Actual number of days for calculating bond interest during the interest payment period (from 25/01/2024 inclusive to 25/01/2025 exclusive): 366 days.
- Bond interest is calculated according to the formula: Bond interest received = Face value of bonds held on the last record date x 5.83% x 366/365.
The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bondholder will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal place is less than 5, the decimal part will be canceled).
-There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer. The issuer will exercise the right to redeem bonds on the redemption date, the bond holders are obliged to sell all their owned bonds to the issuer. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment date: 03/02/2025 (Because all the date from 25/01/2025 to 02/02/2025 are not working days)
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository members (DMs) where they opened the depository accounts.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will procedures to receive interest and principal of bonds at Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) (on weekdays), starting from 03/02/2025.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email address). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 13/01/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 03 working days from the date on the notice.
